Management is necessary for Two level of Personnel the most: Top level and Lowest Level


Top level is the one who makes the decision , on the basis of the merits of the project, Financial returns and of course the material , money and manpower to go into the Projects to generate the revenue for themselves and the employees and make their company profitable to get their market value better than their competitors. They must understand the problems and constraints that are going to be handled and occurring in the processes.

Lowest level: worker on the plant floor who is the one who toils day and night in shifts so that the company can produce the products for the desired market and in the process earn money and profit for the all the levels of management and community. To make them understand the needs of profit making ,they should be made a part of the management training schedule and process.


And also all the levels of the management should be having the understanding of the how six sigma , kaizen , 5 s and other techniques work and how they can be implemented in the not only in The plant and processes but made an Integral part of the all the production.
